How long is my commitment for your services?
We ask a minimum of 6 month partnership for all services except for the web design which requires a 1 year partnership. After that, we service your account on a month to month basis.
How do I pay for your services?
We accept all types of credit cards. We bill on the 1st of every month in advance. An invoice will be sent to your email account prior to the billing.
Can I add or delete services?
You have the option to change any of the services we offer. You can add a new service or even change a social platform we manage on your behalf.
How long before you start?
From the time we collect all required log-in user names and passwords, it takes about 5 business days to get your social profiles updated and optimized.
How do I get started?
After your initial inquiry call, if you find our services fit your needs, we will schedule a meeting with a content writer assigned to your account to better understand your industry, customers and services offered.
Can I still post on my own profiles?
Of course! All platforms belong to you, and you can be involved as much or as little as you'd like.
What if there are specific products, promotions or specials I want you to promote?
Just send them over. Your assigned content writer and account manager will be your point of contact with our company.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We have a simple agreement, not a contract, to sign. It just spells out the terms of our service and lays out our mutual obligations.
Who will be working on my business social media account?
Every client gets assigned a content writer and an account manager to better serve the client. All of our staff are locally based in Glendale, California which is where we are headquartered. We never outsource to other countries.
Do you just write content?
We write content, create images and graphics for each post and profile headers. We change all profile images on a monthly basis or as needed.
Why do you charge a monthly fee for a website?
We understand that your business and audience may change. We don't charge you thousands of dollars upfront for a static site. We charge you monthly because your website will always be changing.

We know, our prices might seem crazy - but we rely on volume rather than large margins.
